MEDA consists of individuals, not organizations. MEDA is unique in that subscription/membership is on an individual basis, not under a company or agency name. Individuals may be part of a professional staff employed by “lead” agencies or organizations, business specialists employed by private industry, employees of government or a government agency that devote a significant portion of time to economic development, employees of an agency or non-profit organization which has as one of its missions to foster the economic development of Montana.
