Exhibitors To Date
Exhibit space at the Fifth Annual SBIR Conference is available on a first come, first serve basis. There is $120 charge for one exhibit space that will cover one complimentary pass into the annual conference, one page of advertising in the conference binder, and free advertising at the SBIR website through March 2006.
There are fifteen 6' x 4' tables available. If an 8 foot table is needed, please make note in the comment box below. Each exhibiting company will be provided with a draped table; standing and tabletop displays can be accommodated. If a standing display is used the table provided must be placed in front of the display so as not to restrict traffic flow in the exhibit area and meeting room. Exhibitor identification signs will indicate exhibit space assignments.

Exhibitor Move-In: Tuesday, March 21, 2006 1:00 p.m. – 4:30 p.m.
Exhibit Area Open: Tuesday, March 21, 2006 5:30 p.m. – 7:30 p.m. (Reception)
Wednesday, March 22, 2006 7:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Exhibitor Move-Out: Wednesday, March 22, 2006 5:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.

Holiday Inn Missoula - Parkside will accept exhibit material shipments in advance of the conference. Advance shipments should arrive at the Holiday Inn no later than Monday, March 20th. Your exhibit will be available for pickup at the Executive Office - across from the Front Desk. Outbound shipping arrangements can be through Holiday Inn Missoula - Parkside. Exhibit materials being shipped directly to the Holiday Inn should be addressed as follows:
